About Your Role:
This assignment posting is for an Agency Worker opportunity with People Inc. The Agency Worker is paid by a staffing agency employer. Agency Workers will receive a W2 from the staffing agency reporting their earnings for tax purposes.
As a producer for Commerce, you will help build content in our CMS according to specific project instructions and brand guidelines. As a producer you will join our Quality Team, a team of remote editors, producers, and fact checkers who work on our sizable library of existing articles to improve the reader experience, drive additional traffic, and ensure the accuracy of all of our content. Update editors may revise outdated information, polish dull or error-ridden copy, and expand text to ensure articles are detailed and comprehensive.
Assignment Responsibilities:
We are looking for producers who can commit to at least 40 hours of work per week. The rate of pay for this role is $19-20/hr. Applicants must live in the United States.
Help build out commerce articles in our CMS to discuss products that align with each of our sites.
Identify and update outdated material, including noting where products are out of stock or links are broken.
Identify opportunities to proactively improve content by restructuring, strengthening sourcing, incorporating visual elements, filling coverage gaps, and more.
Review existing commerce articles covering a variety of topics, and revise content in accordance with project instructions.
Skills/Experience:
You are self-sufficient and like working in a deadline-focused environment.
You are comfortable using workflow tools like Asana and Excel.
You are accountable and want to grow and improve your skills and contribution to a team.
You’re comfortable working in a content management system and can work quickly, independently, and accurately.
You are comfortable working remotely.
A strong eye for detail and great attention to accuracy.
