Zakres Obowiązków...

  • prowadzenie projektów - nadzór merytoryczny i organizacyjny nad procesem produkcji samodzielnie lub we współpracy z kierownikiem produkcji

  • współpraca z wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi grupami roboczymi i delegowanie w ich ramach zadań

  • współtworzenie planów produkcji

  • bieżące monitorowanie procesu produkcji

  • sporządzanie raportów dotyczących produkcji

  • opracowanie zapotrzebowania produkcyjnego obejmującego prace poszczególnych grup roboczych

  • współtworzenie projektów budżetów i bieżące kontrolowanie ich wykonania,

  • merytoryczny, twórczy i artystyczny nadzór autorski nad realizacją zatwierdzonych projektów, materiałów, przekazów autopromocyjnych

  • opracowywanie projektów oraz merytorycznych i artystycznych zasad promocji programów telewizyjnych

Nasze Oczekiwania...

  • minimum roczne doświadczenie na stanowisku producenta lub koordynatora produkcji

  • wykształcenie wyższe, preferowany profil: produkcja filmowa i telewizyjna lub profil humanistyczny

  • podstawowa wiedza techniczna z zakresu produkcji telewizyjnej

  • znajomość procesów produkcji i organizacji spotów promocyjnych

  • znajomość języka angielskiego poziomie B2

  • znajomość MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point

  • mile widziana znajomość system What’s On

ENG:

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • project management – substantive and organizational supervision of the production process, carried out independently or in cooperation with the production manager

  • cooperation with internal and external working groups and delegating tasks within those groups

  • co-creating production schedules

  • ongoing monitoring of the production process

  • preparing production-related reports

  • developing production requirements covering the work of individual working groups

  • co-creating budget plans and ongoing control of their implementation,

  • substantive, creative, and artistic authorial supervision over the execution of approved projects, materials, and self-promotional content

  • developing projects as well as the substantive and artistic principles for the promotion of television programmes

Qualifications & Experience...

  • minimum one year of experience in a producer or production coordinator role

  • higher education, preferred fields: film and television production or a humanities-related degree

  • basic technical knowledge of television production

  • knowledge of production processes and the organization of promotional spots

  • english language proficiency at b2 level

  • knowledge of ms office: word, excel, power point

  • knowledge of the What’s On system is a plus

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
