As a Supervisor, you will plan, direct and supervise Team Members in the day to day operations within the Produce Department. Serve as the mentor and coach for all Team Members. Implement strategies to improve customer service, drive department sales while ensuring customer needs are met and service is quick and efficient. Maintain department appearance with a focus on prime shopping hours, product presentation and company standards.
Current/Past experience in Food Service, Restaurant, Produce/Grocery a plus

$18.45 - $27.05
This pay range represents the minimum and maximum base pay for the position, which is determined by factors such as market data, the qualifications required, the level of responsibilities associated with the role and other roles at this same level. Your specific pay rate within this range will be based on your experience, qualifications, and skills compared to the internal team you’ll be joining.
