Our Produce team members work hard and have fun maintaining a beautiful and abundant selection for our shoppers. Oryana Community Co-op is seeking a full-time Produce Lead for our West location. A Produce Lead supports the Produce team in providing an exceptional customer experience, ensuring product is stocked in a timely manner and other operational tasks are completed according to department procedures. This position must also be able to fulfill the responsibilities of the Produce Stocker role.
Starting wage is $20.34 - $22.53/hour with experience considered. Full-time employees receive a great store discount (25% off most purchases), paid time-off and other benefits including Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, and 401k with employer match.
Requirements
This role requires full time availability with the ability and willingness to work weekends and/or evening hours. Ideal candidates would be organized and have a passion for quality produce as well as prior supervisory experience. Must be able to regularly move/transport up to 25 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
