Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly – Operations
Shift: Rotating 12-hour shifts (days/nights, weekends as required)

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Production Operator to join our team. In this essential role, you will play a key part in supporting efficient production operations at our Candiac, Quebec facility. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean work environment while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of production equipment.
• Perform general housekeeping throughout the work area.
• Handle containers and bags weighing up to 25 kg.
• Operate a forklift (a valid driver's license is required).
• Operate and perform daily maintenance on a valve bagging machine.
• Operate a one-ton (tote) bagging machine.
• Accurately complete production documentation.
• Follow all health, safety, and food safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve optimal operational performance.
• Participate in departmental continuous improvement initiatives.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to perform work accurately and on time.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow company policies and procedures.
• Physical ability to:
• Availability to work rotating shifts (days, nights, weekdays, and weekends) and overtime as required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices.
• Respectful, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is considered an asset.
• Active participation in food safety and workplace safety programs.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment medical examination and reference check.
• Compliance with ADM's environmental, health, and safety standards.
• Availability to work overtime as required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
