Job Description

Production planning, material planning, inventory control and dispatch planning.

• Delivery:
  • Meet site OTIF targets
  • Circulation of rolling dispatch plans to site cross-functional team
  • Ensure monthly dispatch and manufacturing commitments are met.
  • Collaborate with Tech Ops and Project Management team on execution of new product launches and site transfer projects.
• Material planning:
  • Managing end to end MRP run and timely material indenting for commercial, life cycle, new product launches and projects
  • Material tracking & scheduling of material deliveries in line with production plan to ensure no line downtime due to material availability.
  • Driving monthly review of 12-month rolling material requirement projections for APIs, Lifecycle & high lead time materials
• Inventory management:
  • Monitor and control inventory levels of API, RM and PM in line with company targets.
  • Monthly assessment of action plans for slow/non-moving inventory
  • Provide routine destruction note approvals in line with MRB process.
• Timely escalation:
  • Highlight critical issues related to delivery and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solutions.
  • Maintain transparent communication in all intra and inter-departmental meetings and emails
• Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement:
  • Analyze production and inventory data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to streamline processes
  • Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity
• MIS:
  • Prepare and present routine reports on production and dispatch performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
• Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards, including ISO 14001 & 5S
