Job Description

ServiceNow Senior Engineer

Requirements

  • ServiceNow Engineer with proven expertise in delivering scalable, enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions aligned with ITIL best practices.
  • Highly proficient in platform configuration, customization, and automation to streamline ITSM processes and improve service efficiency.
  • Strong experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs and MID Servers to enable end-to-end service management
  • Trusted technical leader in complex implementations, upgrades, and platform optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborative partner to Service Desk, L2/L3, and Governance teams, translating business needs into reliable, value-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and optimize ServiceNow solutions to support ITSM and enterprise service workflows
  • Lead platform customization and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using APIs and MID Servers.
  • Oversee CMDB architecture, data quality, and service mapping activities.
  • Manage ServiceNow upgrades, releases, and platform health improvements.
  • Provide technical leadership for complex incidents, problems, and change initiatives related to the platform. Collaborate with Service Desk, L2/L3 support, and Governance teams to align solutions with business objectives. Enforce platform standards, security, and best practices while mentoring junior engineers.
