Job Description

• Soporte a Integraciones, debe comprender el funcionamiento de: SAP Ariba ↔ SAP ECC
• Integraciones mediante: Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), SAP Business Network, Middleware, APIs, Web Services, iDocs
•  Analizar errores funcionales derivados de las integraciones aunque no desarrolle la interfaz.  
• Gestión de Releases SAP: Analizar Release Notes, Identificar impacto, Coordinar pruebas, Validar procesos críticos, Informar riesgos, Actualizar documentación.  
• Downstream: Buying, Buying & Invoicing, Procurement, Guided Buying, Catalog Management
• Upstream: Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), Supplier Risk
• SAP Business Network: Supplier Enablement, Purchase Orders, Confirmations, ASN, Invoices
• Conocimientos de negocio: Debe entender procesos Procure-to-Pay (P2P): Requisition, Approval, Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, Invoice, Payment, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle, Supplier Onboarding, Supplier Qualification, Supplier Performance, Spend Management

• Brindar soporte funcional y operativo L2/L3 en SAP Ariba.
• Resolver incidentes y garantizar el cumplimiento de los SLA.
• Implementar mejoras continuas que impulsen el valor al negocio.
• Promover las mejores prácticas en Procurement, Supplier Management y Strategic Sourcing.
