  • Bachelor’s degree from a university.
  • 4–6 years of professional experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and SAP; strong computer literacy is essential.
  • Structured, methodical and detail-oriented working approach.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, committed and enthusiastic.
  • Good listening and observation skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel abroad when required.

Qualifications

  • Manage domestic material shipments, international return processes, material monitoring and work order follow-up.
  • Coordinate logistics and transportation activities in close collaboration with carriers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support procurement processes through supplier coordination, service tracking, compliance monitoring and performance follow-up.
  • Ensure accurate operational tracking, reporting and data management.
  • Follow up on invoices and related financial processes.
  • Maintain documentation and digital tools in line with internal requirements.
  • Support customs and import-related operations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
