
Sonova is building on its current Ariba deployment, undertaking an expansion of Ariba across the organization. This role would support this expansion, supporting technical aspects of the platform working closely with the project team, Finance, Procurement and the rest of the Ariba support organisation.
More about the role
· Provide operational support for SAP Ariba (mainly Guided Buying) and Procure-to-Pay systems.
· Maintain system configurations, approval workflows, catalogs, and master data.
· Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between procurement platforms and ERP systems.
· Support system testing, upgrades, enhancements, and rollout activities.
· Coordinate incident resolution with IT teams, vendors, and integration partners.
· Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and system performance.
More about you
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
· 4+ years of experience in Procurement and/or P2P solutions
· Strong knowledge of ERP systems ( SAP Ariba ) and integrations/middleware (e.g., CIG)
· Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and system configuration skills
· Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset
· Strong communication skills, including explaining technical topics to non-technical users
· Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
· Fluent in English with solid technical and functional understanding
