Job Description

Our Partner is a multinational company in the field of BSC. They started to expand in Budapest in 2013 and the company currently employs 500+ people. They are serving their customers in 17 different languages with a focus on IT Service Desk, Finance & Accounting, Logistics, Reporting, IT Development and Project Management. Now You can join as a Procurement Team Manager (Global Travel) Tasks: Analyze travel spend to identify opportunities for cost savings, service enhancements, and value creation. Drive measurable financial benefits through a strong commercial and performance-focused approach. Partner with stakeholders across the business to optimize travel spend, improve compliance, and support strategic objectives. Champion global travel policy compliance and best practices across the organization. Lead and support travel teams, fostering collaboration and high performance. Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert travel guidance and consultancy to business leaders and employees. Lead travel-related projects and transformation initiatives from planning through successful implementation. Resolve complex travel issues and serve as the key escalation point for critical matters. Build and maintain strong relationships with Travel Management Companies (TMCs) and key suppliers. Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, and service-level agreements to ensure service excellence. Promote the adoption of approved travel tools, policies, and efficient travel processes. Support traveler safety, duty of care, and emergency response activities in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to the continuous improvement of travel policies, procedures, and operational standards. Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies to enhance the overall travel program. Requirements Fluent business English Relevant degree or qualification in travel, procurement, commercial management, or project management. Extensive experience managing global corporate travel programs. Strong commercial acumen with experience in supplier, contract, and stakeholder management. Proven ability to deliver travel projects and drive policy compliance. Experience implementing and driving adoption of KDS Neo or other online booking tools Strong analytical skills, including spend analysis and reporting. Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. Experience working within a complex international organization. Ability to engage effectively with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
