What you will be doing

The Regional Procurement Lead for IT in Brazil will own and drive all IT procurement activities within the region, ensuring alignment with global strategies and compliance with company standards. This role will lead a team of two FTEs and act as the key liaison between local stakeholders and the Global IT Procurement team. The position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance regional needs with global objectives.

  • Lead and develop a team of two procurement specialists focused on IT categories.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the regional procurement team.
  • Oversee and manage all IT procurement activities in Brazil, including hardware, software, services, and related solutions.
  • Ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant sourcing aligned with business needs.
  • Act as the primary interface between the regional team and the Global IT Procurement organization.
  • Build strong relationships with local IT leadership, business stakeholders, and functional teams.

What will make you successful?

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field;
  • Significative procurement experience, including in a leadership role;
  • Strong knowledge of IT procurement categories and market dynamics;
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English - mandatory;
  • Ability to work in a global matrix organization.

Personal Skills

  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships;
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
