ECORE is seeking a Procurement Systems Analyst to join our team. In this highly analytical role, you will leverage procurement, supplier, and market data to identify opportunities for cost savings, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic sourcing initiatives. This position plays a critical role in shaping procurement strategy by delivering actionable insights that support informed business decisions across the organization.
What You'll Do
• Analyze procurement and spend data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards, KPIs, and reports to monitor performance, savings, compliance, and supplier effectiveness.
• Conduct market research to evaluate industry trends, supplier capabilities, pricing dynamics, and emerging technologies.
• Assess supplier performance and supply chain risks, including quality, financial stability, and external market factors.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to improve processes and support business objectives.
• Provide analytical support for strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management activities.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts through data analysis, automation opportunities, and process optimization.
• Support S&OP and SIOP processes by developing and managing metrics that align production, sales, operations, and supply chain needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in procurement analysis, data analytics, supply chain analytics, or a related role.
• Advanced proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, SAP, Epicor, Coupa, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert complex data into actionable business insights.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract management principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Relevant certifications in procurement, supply chain, or data analytics are a plus.
