As a Procurement Systems Analyst, you will facilitate, assist in development, and implement procurement processes and systematic solutions. The individual will provide support to system users - both internal and external. The employee will work closely with the global data management and IT teams in developing processes and activities to ensure the data which our systems consume is accurate and concise. The Analyst will learn and grow into a system and process expert and work towards becoming an SME in all procurement, supply chain, and material management systems including, but not limited to: the Copeland Supplier Portal, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud applications, Sigma, and other SAAS applications.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Commodity Managers and Materials Management leaders to fully understand the Business requirements and concerns of the day-to-day operations

  • Collaborate with the Oracle Procurement Support Team to enhance Oracle’s capabilities and learn its limitations within the Procure-To-Pay area; drive improvements with the same team

  • Liaison between users and developers to ensure business requirements are fully understood so that standard system activity and processes can achieve business goals and objectives; may require redesigning existing process to fit the system footprint

  • Assist with end user training - both internal and external; develop new virtual training tools

  • Develop and build Sigma reports and data sets as needed per the request of Procurement and Operations employees – grow as an Analytics professional

  • Support and roll out key supplier data integrations to facilitate enhanced order and forecast communication

  • Will aid the development of and test new business processes as needed for the future projects such as supplier communications, system migrations, supply chain improvement projects, Oracle EBS implementations, etc.

  • Become an SME in the usage of the Supplier Portal application and its associated integrations

Schedule


We offer the flexibility of a core hour work schedule. Employees can flex their start and stop times given they are working during the core hours of 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. Our teams work together to ensure their chosen work schedules are supporting our customers.

Requirements

Basic

  • Bachelor's degree in a Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Information Systems, or IT related field
  • Minimum 4 years related work experience
  • Supply Chain Management and/or Procurement experience
  • Must have prior ERP system work experience
  • Comfortable providing direction to system users and holding guided training sessions
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

Preferred

  • Extensive Oracle R12 work experience, working knowledge of Oracle Cloud apps plus
  • Working knowledge of system integrations such as API, EDI, and SFTP
  • Experience working with global and/or offshore resource teams
  • Good understanding of the MRP/Master Scheduling process or Copeland Procurement processes
  • Prior leadership experience in process improvement initiatives
  • Willingness to learn PL/SQL for analytical development; basic knowledge preferred
  • Working knowledge of modern analytical tools such as Domo, Tableau, Sigma, etc.
