About the Opportunity

We are hiring a Procurement Supervisor for a well-established manufacturing business in Chonburi. This role is suited to someone who has solid experience in purchasing and procurement operations within an industrial or manufacturing environment, and who is confident working across both direct and indirect procurement activities.

This is a hands-on supervisory role. You will be expected to manage daily purchasing activities, work closely with suppliers, support internal stakeholders, and help ensure materials and services are sourced on time, at the right cost, and in line with company requirements.

Candidates with experience using Oracle ERP in procurement processes will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day procurement and purchasing activities
• Handle sourcing, quotation comparison, supplier negotiation, and purchase order issuance
• Manage procurement activities across direct materials and indirect spend
• Coordinate with production, planning, engineering, warehouse, and other internal teams to support business needs
• Monitor supplier performance on cost, quality, delivery, and service
• Support vendor selection, vendor evaluation, and supplier relationship management
• Ensure purchasing processes are aligned with internal controls, policies, and approval workflows
• Follow up on purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supply issues to avoid disruption to operations
• Maintain accurate procurement records and system data in Oracle
• Support cost improvement and process improvement initiatives within the procurement function
• Guide and support junior team members where required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in a procurement, purchasing, or sourcing role within manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments
• Prior experience at Supervisor, Senior Buyer, or strong Buyer
  level
• Hands-on experience in both direct and indirect procurement is preferred
• Experience using Oracle ERP or Oracle-based procurement systems
• Strong supplier negotiation and coordination skills
• Good understanding of purchasing workflows, vendor management, and procurement documentation
• Able to work in a fast-moving environment with a practical, detail-oriented mindset
• Good communication skills in Thai and workable English
