The Honolulu Board of Water Supply, Office of the Manager and Chief Engineer, is seeking a Procurement & Specifications Specialist II to join its centralized purchasing team in HonoluluIn this role, you will perform professional procurement work and develop specifications for a wide variety of goods, services, and construction projects. You will play a key role in supporting the Board of Water Supply's procurement program by ensuring procurements are conducted efficiently, competitively, and in compliance with applicable laws, policies, and procedures.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with major work in business or public administration, marketing, economics or a related field.
