Tasks

• Continuous contact with current suppliers

• Searching for new suppliers, requesting and evaluating offers

• Carrying out daily operational tasks related to procurement

• Tracking orders

• Continuous maintenance of the ERP management system

• Monitoring and optimizing inventories on a daily basis

• Preparing reports and statements

• Matching incoming invoices

• Data entry of procurement processes into ERP system

• Cooperation with other departments

• Active participation in inventories

• Handling complaints

Expectations

• Higher education degree in economics, engineering, logistics, or a relevant field (studies in procurement or logistics are an advantage)

• Steel material knowledge and experience in procurement field of this product category is a must for this position

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Excellent conflict management and problem-solving abilities

• High-level knowledge of Excel and other data management tools

• English language skills, both spoken and written

• Ability to work independently

• Reliability, responsible attitude

• Hungarian and English language knowledge proficiency required
