• Source and procure raw materials and consumablesas per production requirements.
• Manage end-to-end procurement cycle including vendor identification, RFQs, negotiations, PO creation, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with R&D, Production, QA/QC, and Storesfor material planning and requirements.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials to avoid production disruptions.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Develop and maintain a reliable vendor baseand evaluate supplier performance.
• Ensure procured materials meet quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor inventory levels and support demand planning to optimize stock.
• Track market trends, pricing fluctuations, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain procurement records, documentation, and MIS reports.
• Support audits and compliance related to procurement documentation.

Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in raw material procurement
• Knowledge of raw materials
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Understanding of procurement processes, inventory planning, and documentation.
• Proficiency in Excel/ERP systems (Zoho/SAP or similar preferred).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
