
We are looking for you as a Procurement Master Data Specialist Are you looking for a new professional challenge? Your role:
1. Master Data Expert: You will act as a trusted and reliable Business Partner to Procurement, Finance and external Functions on master data processes and governance. Typically focusing on vendor, materials and financial master data. You will coordinate initiatives around vendor onboarding and master data cleansing, among others.
2. Operational Procurement: You will support the Group Procurement Team by taking charge of Operational Procurement activities in both the SAP S/4 HANA and ORO Systems. This includes conducting planning runs, fulfilling concrete Procurement requirements and executing order processes for non-IT orders, as well as IT-hardware and software, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
3. Procurement Processes: Support the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies. Assisting Global Procurement Managers with the use of our procurement and contract management tools (SAP S/4 HANA, ORO).
4. Team: You develop an effective, trustful, and personal relationship with your teammates and your stakeholders.
What you bring with you:
1. Language skills: Fluency in English is mandatory. German skills are a solid plus (writing, speaking). Any other European language, e.g. French, Italian, etc. is a nice addition.
2. Experience: University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Engineering, Supply Chain/Procurement, Operational Excellence or equivalent is preferrable, but any relevant combination of degree and experience for this role will be considered.
3. IT Skills: Strong affinity for IT. I Proficient with SAP ERP (FICO, MM, SD), ideally working with a procurement tool suite as a Key User (Coupa, Ariba…). Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel. Ideally, understanding of computer systems, including the distinction between server, client, datacenter systems and software.
4. Personality: You have a solid analytical mindset, are detail-oriented, structured and precise, paired with a high degree of reliability and sense of responsibility.
