About the role
You will help design, deploy, and improve procurement capabilities and processes that support the business in a dedicated region—partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable tools, standards, and best practices. Looking for experienced Indirect Procurement professional in fields of Contract redlining, negotiation and compliance.
What you’ll do
• Lead process improvement and capability projects (lean, tools, systems, market insights).
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements (voice of business/customer) and deliver implementation plans.
• Contribute to standardized best practices, services/offerings, tools, and training.
• Act as a procurement technical lead—working across functions and presenting recommendations to senior leaders across different countries such as Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan.
What we’re looking for
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in procurement, sourcing, category management, or contracts management.
• Strong stakeholder management in a matrixed/global environment.
• Proven negotiation and supplier/vendor management skills.
• Analytical capability—able to interpret data, build insights, and present recommendations.
• Comfortable leading projects and driving process improvement.
• Team player with hands on approach essential.
Preferred
• Experience with procurement analytics and reporting tools.
• Exposure to cost management and budget planning.
• Familiarity with lean/continuous improvement methods.
• Experience supporting or delivering procurement training, playbooks, or standard processes.
Languages
• Kazakh
• English
• Turkish (preferred)
IT skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Coupa or others
• Experience with spend management/procurement tools (e.g., e-sourcing, contract management, P2P platforms)

This position requires working onsite five days a week.Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position.
