Responsibilities
- Participate in business needs analysis and identify potential procurement strategy opportunities. Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies to ensure maximum cost efficiency.
- Evaluate market and supply trends to provide data support for procurement decisions.
- Search and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure stable delivery quality. Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with suppliers, promote continuous improvement of cooperation through regular communication and evaluation.
- Negotiate contract terms to ensure the best price and service level.
- Work closely with the business team, participate in the entire procurement process, complete the procurement system operation, and ensure the efficient delivery of procurement projects.
- Coordinate and resolve issues that arise during the procurement process to ensure process compliance.
- Complete procurement process operations and other tasks assigned by team and leader.
