Main Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement of prototype components and related R&D services.
• Coordinate suppliers throughout the sourcing, ordering, and delivery process.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage delivery schedules to ensure project milestones are met.
• Negotiate timelines and coordinate logistics activities with suppliers and external partners.
• Prepare and present procurement status reports, timing updates, and cost summaries.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Project Coordination within the automotive industry.
• Solid understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and logistics coordination.
• Strong planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English; German is considered a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
