Our Procurement team is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our team in Vilnius. In this position you will manage local purchasing of goods and services for all Inchcape businesses in Lithuania, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance with company procedures, and strong partnership with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Procurement of goods and services

• Oversee local purchases of goods and services for Inchcape businesses in Lithuania.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and ensure early procurement involvement.
• Review spend in scope, report on procurement progress, and propose solutions to help the business manage the cost of supplies and vendor services.
• Purchase goods and services within the given budget: compare vendor prices, run tenders, and bring new suppliers on board to make sound purchasing decisions.
• Ensure the purchasing process follows company procedures and standards.
• Deliver the annual savings plan.
• Maintain relevant procurement documentation.
• Monitor business compliance with relevant controls.

Contracting and contract management

• Negotiate new contracts and contract renewals.
• Ensure contract provisions are in line with company procedures and standards.
• Monitor contract terms and expiration dates.

Supplier management

• Evaluate vendor performance against company standards to decide whether to continue cooperation.

Coupa (Procure-to-Pay) system administration

• Support supplier enablement and training in Coupa.
• Support employee onboarding and training in Coupa.
• Act as the link between the business and Global Business Services (GBS).
• Maintain the P2P platform together with the Global Coupa and GBS teams.
• Serve as a central point for driving operational transformation and performance improvement.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role you will bring:

• A university degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Experience in procurement and working with a P2P system.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proven stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to influence change and a self-driven approach.
• Strong English skills, both written and verbal.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
