We are currently seeking a qualified who specializes in IT procurement. This means who has experience in negotiating deals with Salesforce, service now, Microsoft, oracle, VMware and others.

Working Arrangement: Hybrid Responsibilities Serve as a Global Procurement & Strategic Sourcing Management (GPSM) Advisor to internal stakeholders. Demonstrate a strategic business mindset, establish an executive-level presence, and simultaneously balance the interests of multiple stakeholders. Co-authoring and executing category strategies while unlocking potential synergies across categories. Establish/Maintain a multi-year pipeline of opportunities in the relevant categories and functions. Lead the execution, through a collaborative and inclusive approach, of a global technology sourcing strategy for assigned categories that meet the priorities of the company's product and business strategy. Build and maintain complex analytics models to enable data-driven decisions on complex procurement projects Stay up to date on industry trends impacting the technology sourcing strategy through external consulting services, internal resources, and good working relationships with existing and emerging strategic suppliers. Participate in and implement improvement initiatives and coach junior team members. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, law or any other relevant discipline. Minimum At least 7 years of experience in procurement Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects Expertise in global IT infrastructure, cloud services, software, telecom, or technology procurement. Strong negotiation and influence skills that can be used to lead teams and build partnerships with internal resources and supplier base. Must also have excellent active listening skills. DoIt demonstrates a desire to learn and continually evolve. Agility, creativity and transformative mindset. independent discretion and judgment, can work independently. Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and facilitation. Must also have excellent active listening skills.

Compensation: $90,000 – $105,000 CAD (annual salary)
