About the Role
As a Procurement Specialist, you will support end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities across multiple spend categories, partnering closely with internal stakeholders to deliver efficient, compliant, and value-driven procurement solutions. You will work closely with business teams across Indonesia, managing supplier engagements, commercial negotiations, and procurement processes while ensuring alignment with company policies and governance.
What You Will Do
Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities across multiple spend categories with focus on Marketing, from requirement gathering through contract execution.
Conduct market research, supplier sourcing, commercial evaluations, and negotiations to achieve cost efficiency and business value.
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers, providing procurement support and guidance throughout the sourcing process.
Support procurement requirements across various business functions, including technology-related and general procurement categories, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
Coordinate supplier onboarding, due diligence, governance, and compliance activities in accordance with company procurement policies.
Support contract review, commercial negotiations, stakeholder alignment, and contract execution processes.
Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, supplier performance, and operational efficiency.
What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with 1–2 years of experience in procurement, tactical sourcing, strategic sourcing, or related fields,
Experience managing end-to-end sourcing activities and supplier negotiations across multiple procurement categories.
Experience in marketing procurement (e.g., agencies, media partners, marketing technology) is preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Good commercial acumen and analytical skills, including supplier evaluation, cost analysis, and negotiation support.
Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Project management capabilities
Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while working independently and collaboratively.
