BangkokThe Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing the procurement process for ICT (Information and Communication Technology Systems Integration) and Network products.

1.Procurement Management:

• Oversee the procurement of products for resale to Enterprise clients, from identifying requirements to issuing purchase orders and managing deliveries.

• Coordinate with vendors and distributors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of ICT products, including the Mobile Network product.

• Deliver reports and presentations to the Procurement Committee for review and decision-making.

• Oversee and closely track outstanding purchase orders to ensure timely delivery in line with the established delivery plan.

2.Vendor Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, particularly large-scale distributors.

• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company.

• Identify and onboard new suppliers to ensure operations are fully supported and prices remain competitive.

3.Communication:

• Communicate and negotiate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders in both English (or Chinese) to ensure smooth procurement operations.

4.Sourcing:

• Identify potential suppliers and new products.

• Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and product offerings to make informed procurement decisions.

5.Compliance:

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

• Monitor and review purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements to maintain compliance.

• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve compliance issues efficiently.
