The Position

As a Procurement Specialist, you will become a key partner for our business units, bridging the gap between operational excellence and long-term procurement strategy. Your role will extend beyond process execution to anticipating the needs of internal partners and delivering optimal market solutions. We are looking for a professional with a "Customer First" mindset who ensures that every procurement process supports our clients' goals and translates into real business value.

Employment via an external agency (18 months contract)

The Opportunity:

Procurement Strategy & Sourcing:

  • Actively implementing and executing the procurement strategy within the direct procurement area.

  • Conducting sourcing activities (category management) to identify and acquire new suppliers that best meet business needs.

  • Building and nurturing long-term, partnership-based relationships with suppliers.

  • Analyzing market trends and proactively proposing solutions to increase cost and process efficiency.

  • Negotiating optimal terms of collaboration that protect the company's interests and guarantee continuity of supply.

  • Managing the Preferred Supplier List and ensuring proper supplier evaluation.

  • Regularly monitoring the quality of collaboration through supplier assessments and implementing improvement actions.

  • Collaborating on the implementation of global tools and processes, adapting them to local market opportunities.

Tender Demand Management:

  • Coordinating the process of acquiring offers for equipment and services, providing advisory support to business units.

  • Overseeing the full order cycle and documentation, with a specific focus on medical devices (IVD and MD).

  • Preparing comprehensive tender documentation, ensuring high substantive quality and full compliance with formal requirements.

  • Optimizing and digitizing quotation processes to shorten response times and enhance the collaboration experience for partners.

Who you are:

  • Experience 2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, pre-sales support, or tenders.

  • Languages Fluent communication in English (minimum B2 level).

  • Mindset Strong customer orientation, proactivity, and a high sense of accountability for delivered results.

  • Skills Ability to work independently on complex tasks and manage priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
