Your mission

As a Procurement Specialist, you will be the key link between our production needs and global supply chains. Your mission is to ensure the seamless flow of raw materials and electronic components for our R&D and production lines across Ukraine and Europe. You will navigate the market to find the best value, manage supplier relationships, and ensure that every order meets our high-quality standards, all while maintaining precise data within our ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Procurement tasks for manager within the Ukraine and Europe;
• Communication with the suppliers;
• Communication within the company with the inner consumers;
• Research for best prices and solutions for inner consumers;
• Ordering for raw materials and mechanisms for production and R&D;
• Control of orders arrival to the warehouse;
• Cooperation with quality department in situations of “unsatisfied quality”;
• Filling of ERP system and control of documents arrival.

Qualifications

• High education: economics will be an advantage;
• Good communication skills;
• Work experience in the same role previously not less than 1 year;
• Basic Understanding of logistics and post services;
• Experience in usage of Microsoft 365;
• English level: at least Intermediate level;
• Ability to work with a couple of tasks at the same time;
• Experience with orders for microelectronics or electric equipment;
• Experience with ERP Systems (NetSuite will be a big plus).
