Procurement Specialist – Direct Hire

Superior Skilled Trades is hiring a Procurement Specialist for an in-office role supporting construction/restoration operations across Florida territories. This is a hands-on position focused on high-volume purchasing, vendor coordination, and supporting project teams to ensure materials and services are delivered on time and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage high-volume purchase orders

• Ensure accurate cost coding and project alignment

• Coordinate with vendors on pricing, availability, and deliveries

• Track PO status, approvals, and timelines

• Support Project Managers and field teams with urgent requests

• Maintain procurement logs, spreadsheets, and documentation

• Assist with invoice matching and vendor onboarding

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of purchasing/procurement experience

• Construction or restoration industry experience (required)

• Strong PO management and multi-project support experience

• Proficient in Excel

• Experience with Sage or similar ERP systems

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
