JOB PURPOSE
Support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Procurement solutions across ENGIE, ensuring reliable operations, effective user adoption, and high-quality user support. The role focuses on solution availability, knowledge management, process documentation, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure optimal performance of Procurement platforms.

External stakeholders: Software vendors, implementation partners, and system integrators.
VII. OCCUPATIONAL PROFILE
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Languages:
Professional Experience:
2–5 years of experience in Procurement operations, business applications, solution administration, IT support, or related areas.
Procurement Solutions / Platforms:
Experience with Procurement digital solutions such as MSP, S2C, P2R, or similar platforms is preferred.
