Procurement Solution Expert

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Solution Expert – Senior to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team. In this strategic role, you will own and drive the end-to-end lifecycle of procurement solutions across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives, digital transformation initiatives, and procurement strategy.

Your key responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full lifecycle of procurement solutions across the domains of MSP, Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Receive (P2R).
  • Define and maintain the procurement solutions roadmap, budget, investment priorities, and vendor contracts.
  • Govern change requests and ensure alignment with procurement strategy and business needs.
  • Lead implementation projects, global rollouts, upgrades, and major solution enhancements.
  • Act as the primary interface between Procurement, GBS Operations, IT teams, business stakeholders, and external suppliers.
  • Provide expert guidance on procurement technologies, digitalization initiatives, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Ensure solution performance, governance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, including direct management of a Procurement Solution Expert – Junior.

What you bring

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Procurement, Procurement Systems, Digital Transformation, or related areas.
  • Proven experience managing procurement platforms and large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Technical expertise

Solid knowledge of one or more of the following solutions:

  • SAP MM
  • SAP Ariba (various modules)
  • Coupa
  • Vendor Management Systems (VMS) / Interim Workforce platforms
  • Legal document verification platforms
  • Automation and AI solutions
  • Other procurement-related software and digital platforms

Languages

  • English – mandatory
  • French and/or Spanish – considered an advantage
