
As the Procurement, Senior Manager, you will bring knowledge and operational expertise in the field of Accessories. The role will bring a modern approach to the Sonova team and will be integral in driving the Category forward, whilst supporting the procurement function to continue the drive to create value and enhance the organization’s competitive advantage.
The incumbent will own sub-category within the overarching Category structure led by the Category Leader (CL). Reporting to the CL, this role will play a lead role in deploying strategy through the sourcing, supplier onboarding and contract management phases.
The role presents an excellent opportunity within a fast-paced growth company to deliver significant value in the Accessories Category structure. The person appointed will be required to evidence previous, value-add ownership of Accessories sub-category in a global environment, with the ability to interact cross-functionally and externally in such a way that achieves real progress for the category in line with the Sonova values and business plans.
