Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Sourcing:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle including RFQs, bid evaluation, negotiation, and purchase order issuance.
• Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors based on technical and commercial criteria.
• Ensure procurement activities align with project schedules and requirements

Technical Evaluation:

• Review and evaluate technical submittals and vendor offers in coordination with engineering teams.
• Ensure all procured materials comply with project specifications and standards

Supplier Management:

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery timelines
• Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any supply issues.

Coordination:

• Coordinate with engineering, planning, and project teams to ensure alignment between procurement and project execution.
• Support internal stakeholders with procurement-related requirements and technical clarifications.

Cost & Contract Management:

• Participate in price negotiations to achieve cost-effective procurement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, company policies, and procurement procedures

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare procurement reports, tracking logs, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of all procurement transactions.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

• 5–7 years of experience in procurement within construction, EPC, or engineering projects
• Proven experience in handling technical procurement activities.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of:
  • Procurement processes and best practices
  • Technical evaluation of materials and equipment
• Proficiency in:
  • Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus

Languages:

• Good command of English (written and spoken).
