About the Job
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Senior Analyst to oversee our end-to-end purchasing operations, vendor management, and financial alignment. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and the finance department, ensuring seamless procurement processes, on-time deliveries, and strict budget adherence.

As a Procurement Senior Analyst, You Will…
• Manage and triage incoming procurement requests within the Jira ticketing queue to ensure timely resolution.
• Solicit, analyze, and negotiate competitive vendor quotations to optimize cost and value.
• Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and drive cross-functional approval workflows to issue Purchase Orders (POs) on time.
• Issue Purchase Orders to vendors and proactively track manufacturing and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate logistics to guarantee internal clients receive materials and services within agreed SLAs.
• Maintain and update the vendor database to ensure accurate information.
• Collaborate closely with the Finance team to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Own, maintain, and regularly update the procurement department’s budget tracking files.
• Drive the monthly accrual process.
As a Procurement Senior Analyst, You Need…
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Systems, or related) or Business Administration.
• 1 year of experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations management roles.
• Proficiency with ticketing and workflow tools (e.g., Jira).
• Hands-on experience with ERP/Procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for budget tracking, data analysis, and accruals.
• Strong negotiation abilities, excellent cross-departmental communication, high attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
