As a Procurement Project Specialist at Nestlé Global Procurement, your mission is to support the deployment and adoption of digital procurement solutions that help teams work smarter, collaborate better, and create value at scale. You’ll make a difference by collaborating closely with digital transformation leads, procurement teams, technology partners, business services teams, markets, and category stakeholders. How you’ll make an impact as a Digital Transformation Project Specialist

• Supporting the rollout of digital procurement solutions that improve adoption, efficiency, and user experience across teams.
• Coordinating project plans, milestones, actions, risks, and dependencies to help transformation initiatives move forward with clarity and momentum.
• Delivering clear project updates, dashboards, meeting materials, and follow-up actions that enable informed decisions.
• Driving stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and change support to make new digital ways of working easier to adopt.
• Building reliable documentation, process guidance, and knowledge resources that strengthen consistency and long-term adoption.
• Identifying insights from adoption data, user feedback, and improvement opportunities to support continuous progress.

What will make you successful

• Bringing strong project coordination skills, with the ability to track actions, milestones, risks, and priorities across multiple workstreams.
• Applying analytical thinking and attention to detail to turn information, reporting, and user feedback into practical improvements.
• Using digital tools, project tracking, dashboards, and documentation to support effective delivery and decision-making.
• Collaborating confidently with stakeholders across procurement, technology, business services, markets, and categories in a multicultural environment.
• Communicating fluently in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning.
