As a Procurement Project Specialist at Nestlé Global Procurement, your mission is to drive strategic procurement projects that improve performance, strengthen efficiency, and create sustainable value across global categories and business areas. We operate on a truly global scale, bringing together over 40 nationalities across three dynamic hubs in Switzerland, Panama, and Malaysia. You’ll make a difference by collaborating closely with category leaders, procurement managers, senior stakeholders, and teams across our global hubs. How you’ll make an impact as a Procurement Project Specialist

  • Leading strategic procurement projects that deliver measurable value across global categories and business areas.
  • Driving project governance, timelines, and deliverables so stakeholders stay aligned and outcomes are achieved on time.
  • Building data-driven insights that identify opportunities for sustainability, cost efficiency, and supply assurance.
  • Collaborating with category teams to shape sourcing strategies that support business priorities and responsible supply.
  • Communicating clear project updates to senior stakeholders to support faster decisions and stronger execution.
  • Strengthening collaboration across Malaysia, Panama, and Switzerland to accelerate delivery and expand your global network.

  • Applying structured project management skills to define priorities, manage timelines, and deliver results through others.

  • Collaborating confidently with diverse stakeholders, influencing decisions, and communicating clearly across levels and cultures.
  • Communicating fluently in English; additional languages are an asset.
