We are looking for a strategic and collaborative project leader to join our global team and drive high-impact initiatives across procurement.
This role sits within a dedicated PMO structure and plays a key role in shaping strategic procurement processes, strengthening governance, and supporting initiatives that have real impact across the organization. A focus will be supporting trade and tariff compliance in partnership with product management, particularly as it relates to new product development.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, navigating cross-functional environments, and turning ideas into action. While trade compliance experience is a plus, we welcome candidates from broader procurement, supply chain, PMO, or manufacturing project environments who bring strong project leadership and curiosity to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic cross-functional projects across procurement, trade compliance, and supply chain initiatives
Drive project planning, timelines, governance, risk management, and successful delivery
Partner with procurement, product management, and compliance stakeholders to support trade and tariff-related initiatives
Support integration of compliance considerations into new product development processes
Identify challenges, solve problems proactively, and drive continuous improvement opportunities
Manage project communications, progress reporting, and stakeholder alignment at a global level
Ensure projects meet quality, compliance, budget, and timeline expectations
Contribute to a structured PMO environment while helping challenge existing ways of working and driving positive change
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
A few years of experience in project/program management, PMO, procurement, supply chain, or related functions
Proven track record leading complex projects in a global, cross-functional environment
Strong problem-solving skills and experience managing ambiguity and shifting priorities
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments strongly preferred
Background in procurement or supply chain project management preferred
Exposure to trade compliance or tariff management is a advantage
Structured, proactive, and highly driven approach to execution
Strong communication, governance, and project planning skills
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Asana, Trello or similar)
We believe you have experience from procurement, supply chain, PMO, trade compliance, or a similar environment where you’ve led projects, solved problems, and driven change. You might have people management experience and enjoy being closer to the work again, or you might be an experienced project manager looking for a role with broader scope and impact.
Most importantly, we believe you’re someone who brings energy, curiosity, and a practical mindset. In this role you challenge yourself in a constructive way, build momentum, and enjoy working with others to move things forward.
If you like bringing structure to complexity, improving how things work, and making a real difference, we’d love to hear from you
