Procurement Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
•Executes cross-functional procurement projects spanning various disciplines, meticulously ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and allocated resources, working under limited supervision and applies intermediate understanding of entrepreneurial skills in daily work.
•Propels productivity initiatives by proactively identifying kaizen opportunities, instigating process enhancements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the procurement function.
•Drafts robust procurement project management blueprints, intricately detailing project scopes, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocations to drive project success and mitigate risks.
•Executes procurement projects with precision, meticulously overseeing project lifecycles, monitoring progress, and swiftly addressing any deviations to maintain project integrity and deliver exceptional outcomes.
•Formulates compelling business cases, conducting in-depth analyses and scenario evaluations to underpin strategic decision-making, resource allocation, and cost-saving initiatives.
•Guides collaborative Phase-In Phase-Out (PIPO) planning efforts, orchestrating seamless transitions for new product introductions and lifecycle management initiatives, thereby optimizing procurement operations.
•Identifies and mitigates project risks and issues with agility, employing advanced troubleshooting techniques and fostering proactive risk management practices to ensure project resilience.
•Curates comprehensive project documentation, curating detailed project plans, progress reports, and root cause analyses, facilitating transparency and knowledge transfer across procurement project teams.
•Engages in rigorous project reviews and evaluations, synthesizing key insights and lessons learned to refine project methodologies, optimize resource utilization, and elevate project performance.
•Navigates complex procurement project landscapes with finesse, balancing competing priorities, stakeholder expectations, and regulatory requirements to deliver exceptional project outcomes that exceed expectations.
Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent.
Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Project Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Agile Methodology or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree.
Preferred Education:
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
