Be in charge of GBE Programs performance (QCD) for the GBE – whether NPIs or Mass production programs (incl. transition projects)
• Serve as the single POC for Program Managers (with proper Program MOS)
• Take Complete ownership on Full BOM Cost from PQF until SOP+6 months | Ensure right BOM cost aligned with PCL is provided
• Manage NPI or Ve-Re/Transition Projects content: is the prime interface for procurement project management, ensure Procurement is engaged at right NPI Phase, Supplier’s is following project modifications, project timing is respected. Consolidate Project Tracking sheets for GBE Procurement NPI performance
• Is in Charge of project deliverables: Prototypes from Mass Production Suppliers, ODT, PPAP, SOP on time, at cost & at quality. Consolidate Sourcing supported actions for TEFS
• Drive GBE Buyers for sourcing activities interfacing with supplier on RFI/RFQ process, with strong MOS for effective monitoring
• Actively participate in escalations with suppliers in case of non-commercial project related issues (e.g., planning issue)
• Ensure the Sourcing Plan is in line with Sourcing Strategy
• Organize sourcing committee according to program milestones and PAC meetings for VE/Resourcing/Transition activities | GBE Buyers presenting Sourcing committee
• Drive continuous improvement for Processes in charge (VE/Resourcing, NPI, Transition) and ideas creation
• Responsible for sourcing project related KPIs reporting to GBE/Procurement (BOM cost, AP, Milestones, capacity, quality…)
• Responsible for the Phase exit sourcing material for his assigned projects
• Ownership of Project Procurement reporting (e.g Program tracking sheet for each Project under responsibility)
• Bachelor degree on Business Management or related areas required
• +3 Years’ of experience in Procurement or similar role.
