For our Distributor team covering the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary (CER region), we are looking for a structured and analytical colleague with 1–3 years of experience to work at the intersection of procurement and project management, helping both teams work more effectively.

Experience in the following areas is an advantage oblast:

• procurement
• project coordination or PMO
• business/data analyzes
• process improvement

Job Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

Procurement and Tender Portfolio

• Coordinate the portfolio of tenders and procurement activities
• Track deadlines, priorities, responsibilities and open tasks
• Work with supplier, contract and procurement data
• Ensure data quality, completeness and consistency across systems
• Identify duplicates, gaps and opportunities to improve the supplier database

Data, Reporting and Automation

• Work with data in Excel, Power BI and other tools
• Prepare and develop reports and dashboards
• Interpret data and identify trends, risks and opportunities
• Use tools such as Power Automate, ChatGPT Enterprise and Microsoft 365

PMO and Projects

• Support senior project managers in planning and delivering projects
• Monitor schedules, milestones, risks, budgets and open tasks
• Prepare project status updates and steering meeting materials
• Coordinate communication between stakeholders
• Coordination and Administration
• A small part of the role will also include general coordination and administrative support

• Interest in AI, automation and modern technologies
• Czech or Slovak language level C1
• English suitable for everyday business communication (min.B2)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Power BI
• Experience with Power Automate or other automation tools
• Hands-on use of AI tools
• Basic knowledge of project management
• Experience in procurement, business analysis or process improvement
• Knowledge of ERP, procurement or project management systems
