Procurement Program Manager

Have the responsibility to achieve the project/program objectives within agreed schedule, budget, scope and quality that meet the stakeholder’s expectations.

Your role:

  • Responsible for synergy between the sub-projects;
  • Manage Internal stakeholders and externals like subcontractors;
  • Give direction and lead projects from initial phase until introduction in the Market or until internal company delivery;
  • Prepare and implement projects in multi-discipline areas in accordance with agreed conditions on specification, time, cost and staffing;
  • Sustaining innovation, Customer need and application is known;
  • Manage incremental changes or portfolio extensions supporting the current business;

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred;
  • You have 10 years of relevant working experience in IT project management;
  • You have experience in running IT transformations;
  • You have professional knowledge of project management methods and estimation techniques for the relevant technical/functional discipline, including resources, time and risks;
  • You have procurement knowledge and understanding of all relevant disciplines;
  • You have Lean Foundation certification preferred;
  • You have experience managing complexity, quality management and APQP; you manage conflict, apply Design for Six Sigma and DMAIC, and plan and align;
  • You have a basic understanding of DFX methodology and cost modelling, negotiation (coached and game theory), supplier development and technical risk analysis.

Compensation & Benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €93,049.00 – €155,081.00. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for annual incentive, with your rewards linked to KPIs/company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
