We are looking for a Procurement Processes, Systems & Sustainability to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO). You will hierarchically report to the Head of General Procurement, Systems & Processes.

You will be responsible for analyzing, designing processes and defining requirements of Procurement Department and be the reference for IT and Group BZ (Beschaffungsprozess) for modification and new implementation. You will be also responsible for ensuring the Sustainability strategy implementation within supply chain.

Your activities will be:

• Be the expert of Procurement process and the reference for new process and systems implementation with IT or Group BZ;
• Analyze AS IS situations and find best process solutions.
• Track implementation projects in terms of timing and resources.
• Ensure compliance with all group guidelines and company guidelines
• Provide support to the buyers by implementing centrally new processes or new regulations and deploying training or procedures.
• Be the RQA (Quality Responsible for the Area) for Procurement in the QMS (Quality Management System)
• Organize and steer the local sourcing committees
• Be the expert with VW group brands to ensure common sharing of Sustainability initiatives within Procurement in line with Lamborghini and Group Strategy

• Ensure the Sustainability Strategy implementation (e.g. sustainability rating) within supply chain and alignment with other areas such as for supplying materials, logistic, for supply chain regulations

Frequent meetings:

• Group BZ meetings
• Local IT meetings
• Local sourcing committees
• Sustainabilty, BHR (Business and Human Rights), Audit , ICS (Internal control systems) and Compliance meetings

About you

• Degree in Engineering or Economics
• 2-3 years’ experience in processes and systems
• General Technical Product knowledge
• General Production processes knowledge
• Fully proficient in English, German is preferred
• Good analytical skills
• Project organization and process flows skills
• Time management
• Presentation skills
• Teamwork and relational skills
