Procurement Process Mgr Business Analyst for Region Americas

What you will enjoy doing* (DUTIES)

  • Manage
    Procurement Business Analytics, Report and Controlling, and Master Data
    sub-process across operating segments
  • Identify and analyze process improvement
    opportunities. Develop, implement, and manage solutions and automated
    workflows, digital tools, and backend processes to optimize processes,
    operations, and compliance
  • Prepare business cases and trainings for
    changes/enhancements to tools and processes and to drive compliance
  • Responsible for enhanced data transparency and quality through data mining and
    ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) processes, identifying savings and process
    improvement opportunities, including implementation, controlling, and
    management of key performance indicators in conjunction with operating segment
    and procurement center teams.
    Select tools, templates and technology roadmap to
    manage these processes
  • Collect, harmonize, and prioritize requirements from
    procurement centers/regions/countries, ensuring alignment and consistency
    across various reporting tools, and manage system/database integrations for
    information consolidation
  • Manage key dashboards and reports to track critical
    business KPIs, support decision-making, ensure policy and processes compliance,
    highlight improvement opportunities, and expedite spend analysis

What makes you great (REQTS)

  • Must
    have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Data Analytics,
    Engineering (any), Computer Science, or a related field and three (3) years of
    experience in the job offered or in a related position
  • Alternatively, employer
    will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Data Analytics,
    Engineering (any), Computer Science, or a related field and one (1) year of
    experience in the job offered or related occupation
  • Must have three (3) years (or
    one [1] year with a Master’s) of experience with: Utilizing data systems and
    retrieval mechanisms including, DataLake and DataWarehouse to manage
    procurement business analytics; Evaluating technologies for procurement
    processes, developing regional policies and materials, and initiating and
    steering projects across different operating segments
  • Utilizing programming
    languages including JavaScript, PHP, M, SQL and Python to create reports and
    custom dashboards; Working with Procurement Processes (Supplier and Item
    Registration, Contracts, Purchasing, Accounts Payable Cost Controlling and
    Spend, E-Auction, Asset Management) and Savings Guidelines/Reporting
  • Experience with Data Analytics, Data Mining, ETL (Extract, Transform and Load),
    Data Enrichment, Natural Language Processing and Systems Integration and backend logics to
    extract, consolidate, transform and manage report data through the organization
    using Business Analytics Best Practices
  • Utilizing Power Platform and Microsoft
    Solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query, Dataverse and
    Sharepoint Working with Virtual Agents, RPA and BI Tools including Tableau,
    Power BI, OBIEE, Kronos
  • TRAVEL REQT: 15% domestic and international travel required
  • HOURS: Full-Time;
    Mon-Fri (40 hours per week)

SALARY: $98,876.40 to $132,000.00/year
