About the Role:
As a Procurement Process Manager in Richemont's Group Procurement Excellence team, you'll drive operational efficiency and digital transformation of our global end to end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle. You will own the end-to-end design, optimization, and governance of P2P workflows, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a seamless user experience across the Group.
You will drive complex P2P process and system transformations, from strategic analysis and design to implementation and continuous improvement. This involves collaborating with executive stakeholders, cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Legal, Maisons), and external partners, leveraging technology, and aligning with Group Procurement and Finance strategies.
We seek a visionary expert with deep P2P process knowledge, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to drive large-scale change. You will architect user-centric solutions, use advanced data analytics, and implement sophisticated process optimization to deliver measurable improvements, acting as the primary P2P process design expert
