For Lonza's Capsultes & Health Ingredients at our Site in Colmar we are looking for a driven and passionate Procurement & Process Excellence Lead to join our dynamic team !

This role is based in Colmar.

The purpose of this role is to build and provide end to end processes, analytical frameworks, support and inputs for decision making processes to drive the strategy and deliver the performance/objectives of the Procurement and Sustainability function, in close collaboration with key company stakeholders.

What you will do:

• Set the global vision for Procurement & Sustainability processes (Source‑to‑Order / Source‑to‑Pay) and continuously improve ways of working across ~40 professionals in 8 locations, covering ~580M CHF external spend.

• Lead the global implementation of an integrated Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) solution with harmonized processes and systems managing 30,000 POs and 4,150 active vendors annually.

• Build and manage the technology roadmap (SAP ERP, SAP Ariba, ServiceNow, Responsible Sourcing tools) to drive efficiency and digital innovation across procurement and sustainability.

• Define and maintain a global governance model, standardized processes, and automated dashboards/KPIs to track performance (savings, PPV, delivery, payment terms, sustainability metrics).

• Drive reporting excellence by ensuring transparency, compliance, and removing inefficiencies and manual work from reporting processes.

• Develop and enhance analytical frameworks to deliver market, commodity, vendor, and macro‑trend insights that support strategic decisions across all seniority levels.

• Lead and develop a global team of 4 experts across Operational Excellence, Process Excellence, and Data Science.

• Define and execute the Procurement & Sustainability data strategy to provide actionable intelligence and improve sourcing and process performance.

What we are looking:

• Master’s degree in IT, Finance, Process Engineering, Procurement, Business Administration or a related field.

• Strong leadership with the ability to influence, manage ambiguity, and communicate effectively across diverse audiences.

• Excellent stakeholder management and a customer‑centric mindset.

• Proven ability to motivate teams and drive consistent high performance globally.

• Significant experience leading global project teams and managing complex change initiatives.

• Strong project management capabilities and structured problem‑solving skills.

• Solid background in Procurement/Supply Chain processes, tools, and systems.

• Advanced expertise in data analytics, insights generation, statistics, modeling, data management, big data, IT systems/architecture, and predictive analytics

• fluent in English (French is an asset).
