KONE is seeking a Procurement Platform Specialist to join our Finance team based in Mascot, NSW In this role, you will be the key link between our customers and our digital service portals, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and positive experience at every step.

What will you be doing?

  • Act as the primary link between customers, internal teams, Accounts Receivable (AR), and the KONE Business Services (KBS) Portal Team for all portal‑related matters.

  • Communicate proactively and clearly with customers regrading portal requirements, updates and issue resolution.

  • Facilitate the onboarding of new customer portals by ensuring all setup requirements are completed properly and documented.

  • Provide regular progress updates on portal onboarding and escalate delays or technical issues when required.

  • Support the KBS Portal Team with the configuration and ongoing maintenance of local customer portals.

  • Monitor and report portal performance issues, recurring failures and customer pain points to ensure timely processing and minimised payment delays.

  • Communicate aged invoice issues caused by portal failures and coordinate corrective actions to expedite payment.

  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and over-all customer satisfaction.

What are we looking for?

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar position.

  • Previous experience using procurement platforms.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

  • Team leader experience an advantage.
