• Quotation & Procurement Operations: Dealer/Parts Distribution Centers (USA/Brazil/APIC) requests, quotation collection and comparison, delivery/suppier lead time monitoring, price discrepancy investigation.
• Master Data & System Support: Pricing, lead times, Minimum Order Quantities, Price Break Quantities, HS codes, Country of Origin, ERP maintenance, MPCA uploads, DCN processing.
• New Parts & RFQ Support: NPRS activities, RFQs, Engineering coordination, VIPS requests.
• Reporting & Analysis: Price change reporting, KPI tracking, documentation review.
• Compliance & Documentation: Supplier declarations, Material Safety Data Sheets/SDS tracking, SOP adherence.
• Continuous Improvement & Projects: Process improvement support and assigned projects.
• Executes tasks based on defined SOPs and work instructions.
• No commercial negotiation authority or supplier strategy ownership.
• Accountable for data accuracy and timely execution only.
• Escalation-based decision making.
Internal: Commodity Managers, Planning, Inventory Management, Aftermarket Engineering, RFQ Teams, EPO Operations, Aftermarket Readiness, Finance.
External: Suppliers (transactional follow-up only)
