Job Purpose:

As an Procurement Performance Management & Governance Expert, you will play a key role in governing DHL's global Procurement Business Review process.

You will coordinate and oversee the preparation of senior management Business Reviews, ensuring that performance information is accurate, consistent, clearly presented and decision-ready. Working with stakeholders across regions, categories and functions, you will bring together different inputs, challenge inconsistencies, shape clear performance narratives and facilitate outcome-focused discussions.

You will also drive the standardization and continuous improvement of Business Review processes, templates and reporting across Corporate Procurement.

Your tasks:

  • Own and coordinate the end-to-end Business Review cycle, including planning, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
  • Coordinate inputs from regions, categories and functions and ensure high-quality, timely and consistent information.
  • Prepare and consolidate executive-ready management materials, including performance summaries, action logs and decision materials.
  • Work closely with Procurement leadership and key stakeholders to align messages, priorities and performance narratives.
  • Challenge gaps, inconsistencies and deviations to ensure a high standard of quality.
  • Facilitate Business Review meetings with senior management, keeping discussions structured and focused on insights, actions, risks and decisions.
  • Capture decisions and actions and ensure effective follow-up.
  • Drive global harmonization of Business Review templates, KPIs, processes and terminology.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting and governance processes and continuously enhance the Business Review experience.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5–7 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in Procurement, Performance Management, Business Operations or a related field.
  • Experience with Business Reviews, performance reporting or management governance in a global organization.
  • Strong understanding of Procurement and its key performance indicators.
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional processes involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, including confidence working with senior management.
  • Ability to turn performance data into clear, concise and decision-relevant messages.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
  • Structured, hands-on and solution-oriented approach with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with procurement systems such as Coupa or Jaggaer is an advantage.
  • Lean/Six Sigma, PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
