Procurement Performance & Analytics Specialist
This is a central, data-driven role within the global Market Procurement team at Philips, where you are responsible for enabling performance visibility and fact-based decision making. Acting as the right hand to the Hiring Manager, you translate complex procurement data into clear KPI insights that steer a geographically distributed team. The role focuses on strengthening daily performance management and improving KPI tracking following a recent organizational change. You will operate in a highly visible position with broad exposure across global sourcing activities (products and services), supporting continuous improvement and helping the team achieve its performance targets.
Your role:
Own and continuously improve the Procurement KPI framework, including metric definitions, data sources, and reporting standards
Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and structured performance reporting cycles (monthly/quarterly reviews)
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of procurement data and act as a “single source of truth” for performance insights
Monitor performance against targets, track daily operations vs. KPIs, and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities
Lead performance deep dives and root cause analyses to enable fact-based decision making and corrective actions
Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations, supporting the team in achieving procurement objectives
Support the setup and continuous improvement of structured daily performance management following the recent reorganization
Consolidate performance insights across regions, categories, and markets within a globally distributed team
Partner closely with the Hiring Manager and act as a trusted advisor on performance topics and KPI interpretation
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Category Management, Procurement Engineering) to align on targets and improvements
Support improvement programs (e.g., cost savings governance, process compliance) and track milestones, risks, and benefits
Identify inefficiencies in KPI governance and reporting processes, and drive standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
You're the right fit if:
You hold a relevant degree (e.g., Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Business)
You bring up to ~4 years of experience or are a strong graduate with high potential
You have a strong analytical mindset with affinity for data, KPIs, and performance management
You are able to translate data into insights and concrete actions (beyond reporting)
You are comfortable working in a global, geographically distributed environment and managing stakeholders
You are proactive, structured, and able to create visibility and structure in a changing environment
You are a strong communicator, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders across functions and regions
You have experience or affinity with performance management, reporting tools, and continuous improvement methodologies

This position requires working onsite in the office for a minimum of three days per week.
