Job Description

The Procurement Operator supports day-to-day procurement activities to ensure smooth material flow and operational continuity. The role focuses on order handling, issue resolution, cross-functional coordination, and ongoing process improvement within the supply chain.

Key accountabilities

  • Daily operational procurement routines
  • Master data maintenance
  • Processing of logistics complaints
  • Missing parts database including escalation process
  • M3 Sampling procurement part
  • Creation of Annex 1 for MRP and supply agreements
  • Participation in the continuous improvement process
  • Check invoice: quantity discrepancy, FESTO invoice track
  • Responsible for standard orders and CUPP orders
  • YOM (OTRS) Ticket, Market communication, Top Prio Ticket, Demand PCreation and approval contracts, stock keepings and delivery schedule. Determine transportation mode
  • Prioritization of orders to avoid bottlenecks
  • Check stock quality: scrap-workflow, concessions, shelf-life controlling

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or vocational training in Studies with a focus on procurement and processes
  • Basic knowledge: SAP MM
  • Reliable working attitude
  • High motivation
  • Problem solving ability
  • Basic knowledge: English communication skills
